I'm Katherine S., the breeder behind Smart Yorkies LLC located in Manor, Texas. We specialize in Yorkshire Terriers with a focus on compact size, sweet temperaments and beautiful coat variations. Every puppy is hand-raised in a loving home environment with the goal of helping them grow into well-adjusted, affectionate companions.
I got into breeding out of pure love for my dogs—they are truly my children. Raising them naturally as part of our family and seeing the happiness they bring to our home made me want to share that same unconditional love and joy with other families looking for a sweet companion. 🐾✨

Smart Yorkies LLC prefers natural tails. Details for each puppy will be disclosed.
Pricing may vary by individual puppy, applicable registration and placement terms. Final pricing is disclosed before a buyer commits.
The waitlist is free. Once puppies are over 3 weeks old, a $600 non-refundable general hold may secure a place for the requested sex, if available. A specific puppy requires $1,500 total in reservation deposits: $600 plus $900 selection, or $1,500 if choosing a specific puppy directly. Deposits apply to the final purchase price.
